The Rattler Cleaning kits are “New” and in unused condition, they are inspected and are completely functional prior to shipping. However, if upon receipt, there is any manufacturer defects, that may have slipped by our initial inspection, please notify us immediately so we may remedy the issue (We warranty the kit for the first 10 days from the date of purchase). If a return is requested, not related to a product defect (i.e. “Changed my mind”), the return is subjected to a 10% restocking fee. In association with the product, Airgun Detectives makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third-party rights. It is ultimately the user’s responsibility to determine if the kit will be applicable to your specific rifle. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.
